The Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) is excited to announce a special event, a School Community Partnership Summit to be held on Thursday, October 17 from 8:00-3:00 p.m. at Magnuson Park in Sandpoint.
The School Community Partnership Summit is convened by the City of Seattle’s Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL), and our partners, as we begin investing Families, Education, Preschool and Promise (FEPP) Levy funds in pursuit of our community’s shared goal to eliminate race-based opportunity gaps among Seattle’s youth.
Achieving this worthy goal will require all of us—schools, community-based organizations, families, and committed individuals—to work together in authentic relationship and with common purpose.
This summit is a unique opportunity for community partners and schools to relationship build and network with each other.
Registration is open!
