As our region responds to cases of COVID-19, better known as the Coronavirus, our goal will be to provide the public, our providers, and our community partners with the most current information available.
Public Health-Seattle & King County (PHSKC) is the lead local agency coordinating the regional public health response to COVID-19.
Information that will we distribute through our communications platforms—this blog, our Facebook page (@SeattleDEEL), and our Twitter feed (@SeattleDEEL)—will be information that we have received from PHSKC on the steps the public can take to reduce the possibility of spreading the virus.
Public Health is also reminding us that viruses such as COVID-19 don’t recognize race, nationality or ethnicity, and there are steps everyone can take to reduce the stigma that is being attached to the disease.
If you are looking for more information on COVID-19, You can go to the PHSKC web page.
